What Our Clients Say

Real feedback from real events — the kind of results that keep people coming back.

★★★★★

“We hired Lonelyheartsclvb for our quarterly team retreat. The creative workshop format got people who usually sit in silence actually laughing and collaborating. Our project handoffs improved noticeably the following week.”

Marta K.

Operations Lead, Stitch & Co.

★★★★★

“The acoustic mixer was exactly what our neighborhood needed. I met three new neighbors and actually remembered their names the next day. The conversation stations made it natural, not awkward.”

Diego R.

Resident, Oakwood HOA

★★★★★

“We’ve tried team-building before — this was different. The pottery workshop broke down hierarchies. Our CEO ended up covered in clay next to an intern. That shared vulnerability changed the office dynamic for real.”

Terms & Clarifications

Event Scope & Guest Management

Our coordination covers the full organizational process for each booked event, including venue setup, activity curation, and on-site logistics. Guest lists and attendance numbers must be confirmed no later than seven calendar days before the event date. Any changes after this deadline may affect the final setup and are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days incur a fifty percent charge. Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if requested at least ten days in advance; subsequent date changes are treated as a new booking.

Liability & Conduct

Lonelyheartsclvb acts as the event organizer and facilitator. Attendee behavior during the event remains the responsibility of the hosting client or group. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the intended social atmosphere or compromises the safety of others. No refunds are issued for removals due to misconduct.

Venue & Third-Party Services

We coordinate with third-party venues and vendors to deliver the agreed-upon experience. While we vet all partners for quality and reliability, Lonelyheartsclvb is not liable for cancellations, closures, or service failures caused directly by the venue or external suppliers. In such cases, we will work to provide a comparable alternative or reschedule the event.

Intellectual Property & Media

Photographs or video taken during events may be used by Lonelyheartsclvb for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the event date. All workshop materials, curated activity designs, and proprietary facilitation methods remain the intellectual property of Lonelyheartsclvb and may not be reproduced or replicated for commercial use without prior written consent.
