These terms govern your use of Lonelyheartsclvb’s event management and social coordination services. By engaging our services or accessing our platform, you agree to the conditions below.
Lonelyheartsclvb designs and executes community networking gatherings, corporate team-building events, and structured social mixers. Our scope includes venue coordination, creative workshop curation, on-site guest logistics, and facilitation of organic networking activities. We do not guarantee specific attendance numbers, business outcomes, or personal relationships resulting from any event.
Clients must provide accurate information about event goals, participant numbers, and any special requirements at least 14 days before the event. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with venue rules and applicable laws. Any cancellations or material changes must be communicated in writing no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date; late changes may incur additional fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonelyheartsclvb’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business opportunities or personal injury, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. If a client terminates less than 7 days before an event, the full service fee remains due. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client or participant engages in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
